Tack för ett givande föräldramöte /Thank you for a fruitful parent meeting

Tack till alla föräldrar som deltog! Er närvaro är värdefull, då vi både kan ge direkt information och få viktig feedback. Under mötet gick vi igenom presentationen och diskuterade vårt träningsupplägg och dess bakgrund. Vi betonade vikten av att prioritera spelare som regelbundet deltar i träningen; tränar man inte av ej giltiga skäl, kan detta påverka om man får vara med och spela matcher.

Vi talade också om vikten av lagkänsla, såsom att duscha efter matcher och att komma några minuter tidigare till träningen. Detta bidrar till en stark sammanhållning i laget.

Våra policies diskuterades, där vi är glada över att se förbättringar inom "vårdat språk" gentemot lagkamrater, motståndare, domare och ledare. Vi fortsätter arbetet här och lägger särskild vikt vid att "uppmuntra istället för att kritisera" både under träning och match. Positiv inställning är nyckeln.

Vi presenterade lagkassans ekonomiska situation (see presentation nedan) och vårt mål att samla in 200,000 kr till Gothia Cup inom två år. För att lyckas behöver vi en grupp av 4 föräldrar som tar ansvar för insamlingsaktiviteter. Gruppen roteras efter ett halvår, eller fortsätter om det känns givande. Er hjälp är avgörande!

Vid punkten STU informerade Jenny om rutinerna kring kioskarbete under matcher. I år så kommer vi skicka seperata inbjudan visa svenskalag appen för kioskarbete dock så kommer det fortfarande stå barnens namn i match ibjudan för de som ska ta hand om kiosken. Viktigt! Kan man inte av olika anledningar, ansvarar man själv för att hitta en ersättare. Jenny söker även någon som kan stötta henne vid behov.

Vi kommer att skicka ut intresseanmälningar för både Gothia Cup föräldragruppen (4 frivilliga sökes) och för STU-assistans. Först till kvarn gäller, och om ingen anmäler sig kommer vi själva att utse deltagare.

Thank you to all the parents who attended! Your presence is invaluable as it allows us to provide direct information and receive important feedback. During the meeting, we reviewed the presentation and discussed our training plan and its rationale. We emphasized the importance of prioritizing players who consistently participate in training; if players do not train for non-valid reasons, it might affect their eligibility to play in matches.

We also talked about the importance of team spirit, such as showering after matches and arriving a few minutes early for training. These habits contribute to strong team cohesion. We discussed our policies and are pleased to see improvements in the area of "using appropriate language" towards teammates, opponents, referees, and coaches. We continue our efforts here and place special emphasis on "encouraging instead of criticizing" during both training and matches. A positive attitude is key.

We presented the financial situation of the team fund (see the presentation below) and our goal to raise 200,000 SEK for Gothia Cup within two years. To achieve this, we need a group of 4 parents to take responsibility for fundraising activities. The group will rotate every six months or continue if they find it rewarding. Your support is crucial!

Regarding STU, Jenny provided information about the routines concerning kiosk work during matches. This year, we will send separate invitations via the Svenskalag app for kiosk duties, but children's names will still appear in the match invitations for those responsible for kiosks. Important! If you are unable to participate for any reason, you are responsible for finding a replacement. Jenny is also looking for someone who can support her if the need arises.

We will be sending out interest forms for both the Gothia Cup parent group (seeking 4 volunteers) and for STU assistance. It's first come, first served, and if no one volunteers, we will select participants ourselves.
